they don't have my signature font

well we finally had our first photo class today and i'm looking forward to exploring analog photography. i think that i will miss the instant gratification of digital photography and taking 902 pictures at one rugby game, but i think that the process of taking/developing photos will be intriging. from what the prof said photo sounds like it might be a lot like chemical research, lots of work with the potentail for few results, at least i don't have to write a thesis for this.

Are you a chem major? You'll get results in photo; I'm just saying it can be challenging in the beginning with some trial and error. If you stick with it, there is a great pay-off though. Like a great movie.

yes i am a chem major with a physics minor. with my research it was a lot of work to get the experiments to work and get their results, then i had to analyze all of those results to make some sort of conclusion (my thesis). the analogy i was making is that takin the photos will be like runnin the experiments and developing the film will be like analyzing the data, which was the tough part.
